2025 (June 28th - September 1st): Jean, Dave, Bob, Cathy

2026 (June 30th - September 7th): Dave, Bob, Cathy, Jean

2027 (June 30th - September 6th): Bob, Cathy, Jean, Dave

Long Weekends

Group A: May Victoria Day, *July 1 Canada Day, Aug. B.C. Day, September. Labour Day, *September. 30 Reconciliation Day, October. Thanksgiving

Group B: February Family Day, March/April Easter,*November 11 Remembrance Day, December Christmas, December New Years

*NOTE: July 1st, September 30th and, November 11th are not considered long weekends if they fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, So they do not count as one of your long weekend picks.

Rules:

Booking choices will start on February 1st each year (you can start earlier if you are first, but you must at least start by February 1st so you don’t hold up the families after you.)

The order of picks are only meant  for choosing:

• Time during the summer dates noted above.

• Any long weekend from Group A 

Each Family Can Pick:

• Up to 14 nights during the summer dates are available plus one long weekend from Group A.   If your summertime includes a long weekend, then that is your pick for the one long weekend.

To Consider:

• Please try to choose dates that do not leave small gaps whenever possible.   The summertime is so much in demand, we don’t want the cabin to sit empty for 3-4 days because there's no point in going for such a short time.

• Once each family has made their choices, if there are any dates left over, they will be available to anyone. Be considerate and share the time.

• Times outside of the summer dates and Group B long weekends are on a first-come, first served basis.

• Group B long weekends – One per family, unless no one has booked them.

• Group A Long Weekends (3 nights): The arrival date is Friday, and the departure is Monday. 

• For July 1st holidays that are not on a Monday – example: The stat holiday is on a Friday.  So the arrival date is Thursday night, departing Sunday.  If it is on a Saturday or Sunday, work it out with people coming before or after you.

• When booking, please state your Arrival date and your Departure date. 

• It is advisable to speak with the persons coming before and after you to confirm arrival and departure dates and times.  This will avoid any conflicts.
