  • Unframed Art Prints

    Returns Accepted: ✔ Yes
    Return Window: 14 days from delivery

    Unframed prints may be returned if:

    • The item is unused and unframed

    • It is returned in original condition and packaging

    • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

    Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    Refunds:

    • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once received and inspected

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

    Framed Art Prints

    Returns Accepted: No (Final Sale)

    All framed art prints are made to order and require special handling and packaging. For this reason, framed prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, sizing, or aesthetic preference.

    Damaged or Defective Items (Both Products)

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the artwork

    • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

    Once reviewed, we will offer:

    • A replacement (preferred when available), or

    • A refund if a replacement is not possible

    Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Framed art prints (unless damaged in transit)

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Gift cards

    • Custom or special-order items

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.
    If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

    Shipping Errors

    If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
